Angel Tara: Angel Tara is a blog dedicated to our daughter, sister and friend Tara Tanner. Every year on Tara's birthday, June 19, her friends and family release purple balloons in her honor to celebrate her life. The site was created both to display photos from past and future launches, as well as to allow people who loved Tara to share stories and memories.
